A protégé of internationally acclaimed Chef Ton, Chef Nutz has trained in some of Bangkok’s most celebrated kitchens, including Le Du, Canvas, Bo.lan, and the Waldorf Astoria, as well as the Michelin-rated Kin Dee in Berlin. His unique style—modern Thai cuisine rooted in authenticity and regional storytelling—has captivated diners seeking both refinement and soul on the plate.
Since taking the helm at Sood by Chef Ton, Chef Nutz has infused the Penang outpost with a powerful culinary voice.
